Kabayan :"why build city parks in jakarta?"

Dul : "Because city parks clean the air, tree foliage works as a natural air filter of particulate matter such as dust, micro sized metals and pollutants such as ozone, nitrogen oxides, ammonia and sulfur dioxides. City parks take in carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. Combined with the cooling effect of trees, these processes can have a significant impact on reducing smog and overall air pollution.

Tree canopies and root systems slows and reduce  storm water run off, flooding and erosion. Homes shaded by trees need less energy for cooling which means lower monthly utility bills in summer and a reduced need for utilities to increase power generation to meet peak load demand."

Den bagus :" city parks raise real estate value, shaded neighborhoods and well-lanscaped yards have a positive economic influence on real estate values, timeliness of house sales and neighborhood desirability. Studies report that landscaping speeds the sale of home by four to six weeks.

CERITA DUL

Dul:"I had two neighbours, the gardener and the tile maker. After a time I went to the gardener. I noticed how he was and how all things went with him. The gardener said,"All things are prospering with me, and I have only one wish, that there may be a heavy fall of rain, in order that the plants may be well watered."

Not long after, I went to the tile maker. I also noticed of how he fared. The tile maker said, "I want for nothing, and have only one wish, that the sunny weather may countinue, and the sun shines hot and bright, so that the bricks might be dried."

KABAYAN BERCERITA

Kabayan : "There was a farmer in a village. He was very ambitious. He wanted to make more and more money. When it was rainy, he called out to God, "if it were sunny, I would sow some rice." The next day, it became sunny, and the farmer sowed some rice.

After that, he called out to god, "if it were rainy, it would be useful for my rice." The following day, it rained.

The farmer called out to God, if you give more rain, my rice would grow more."  The following day, it rained again.

Then in summer time, he harvested his rice and collected it in heap. The farmer called out to God. "If you had given more rain, my rice harvest would have been bigger ."

He asked God, "why didn't you give me more rain and more rice?"

Then, God made heavy rain, and all of the farmer's rice floated away with water.

KUCING BERANAK

Kabayan disliked housework, he was very untidy person who never put things away. When he had gone to bed,for example, he always left his clothes in a mess on the floor, his kitchen was a mess too. Eventhough he always left the dirty dishes in the kitchen and only did the washing up where there wasnot a clean plate to be found in the house.It was the same with his clothes. He never put them to wash until there was nothing else to wear. The living room was very dusty.There was thick dust on every place of furniture and the carpet hadnot been cleaned for weeks.

One day when he couldnot find one of his shoes and couldnot see his face in the bathroom mirror, he decided, it was time to get the house cleaned. So he phoned his mother and his mother found her sister who would help Kabayan.(In the old days most people were farmers and liked to have big families. Kabayan had big families too. They needed help in working on the farm.Many farmers did not have any machines to help them in their work. They  liked to have big families so that their sons and daughters could help them on the farm, they could enough food to feed their family.They didn’t need a lot of money because life was simple then.There weren’t a lot of things to buy. But life has changed for Kabayan. Kabayan was young. He wanted to get higher education because there are a lot of university available there. Many people like to live in the city because all facilities are available there).

His aunt(sister’s mother) came and worked all day long. She washed and dried all the clothes.Then she ironed the clothes, folded them neatly and put them away. She swept all the dust off the floor with a large broom. She took a wet cloth and wiped the dust off every surface in the house and then polished the furniture until it was shining. She got out the vacuum cleaner and cleaned all the carpets. In the kitchen, the floor was filthy. It was too dirty to wash with a mop. So she got on her hands and knees and scrubbed the dirt off with a scrubbing brush. Finally she made the bed up and when she had finished the house looked spotless.

THREE MONTHS LATER

Kabayan phoned his mother again. Once again his mother found her sister (kabayan’s aunt) but she bored her job. She longed for a little excitement. She decided to play a trick on kabayan’s mother(ambu)                                                          

Aunt: ceu…. Ditempat kost kabayan ada yang menginap, perempuan, bahkan melahirkan…                                            

Ambu: baruk…? Euleuh……(kaget bari rawah riwih ceurik)

Aunt: yang menginapnya juga masih ada disana hayu geura….(cepat cepat ambu kabayan saba kota bersama saudara perempuannya yang lebih dahulu sudah mendapat kabar dari Kabayan). Ambu buru-buru menemui kabayan di tempat kost dan melihat-lihat seluruh ruangan.

Ambu:……mana……..(ambu bengong langak-longok)

Kabayan yang tidak tahu menahu laporan bibinya kepada ambunya langsung saja menunjuk ke kamar.

Kabayan:…itu ada kucing ngumpet di lemari pakaian, beranak didalam lemari…..

Ambu: 000000000 kucing anakan……

Aunt: hi….hi….hi…..(seuri nyikikik)  nu matak ulah jorok ulah botrok atuh sing berseka.   

Nih kamu baca baik baik,  lalu terapkan    
  
1.wash the dishes straight awya after you finish eating. 
2. Sweep the floor twice a day, in  the morning before you go out. And in the afternoon. 
You can play gamesbut make sure you do your housework first
3.Turn off the lights before you go to bed.

Kabayan :" pasti semua tahu apa alasan mereka menangkap hewan yang dilindungi.....poverty......
Den bagus :"Now poverty is a complex and multidimensional phenomenon resulting from deeply embedded , structural imbalances in all realms of human existence the state, the economy, society, culture and environment.

Dul:"Poverty entails far more than lack of income sufficient to cover substance needs. Deprived of equitable acces to market and institutions.

Kabayan:"People leaving in poverty suffer from marginalization and social exclusion. Though Indonesia is developing various industries, farming is still main sector because most Indonesia especially villagers, are farmers and peasants.

Den bagus:"That's why the government continually develops the agriculture to increase crops.
1. By modernizing the cultivation of soil
2. With good irrigation
3.  Training the farmers
4. By growing plants at right season
5. By providing good seeds
6. By providing organic fertilizer

Dul :" why......?

Den bagus :" Because most of us are proud of being Indonesians, we are lucky to have 2 seasons, rainy season and dry one. Both seasons have the same periode i.e. six months respectively.
Kabayan:" the soil , which gets enough water especially at 9 february 2015 in JABODETABEK.
The sun shines during the year, is fertile enough to plant, therefore Indonesia is rich in plants, to provide people with food to eat  and wood to build houses etc. The plants, which are not found in Europe , America and other continents, grow well in Indonesia..Alhamdulillah..... It's Amazing...!

GOOD LOOKING.......BUT.....SHE ISN'T A SPECIAL ONE

Dul :"I have a girl friend, not a special one, but we are quite close. She seems to enjoy talking about other very much, while I  don't really like talking about people behind their backs.😯

Kabaya:"Kelihatannya so.... and so....
Jika tidak dilihat latar belakang, motivasi, dorongan kenapa dia cerita seperti itu.😊

Dul:"I think so, whenever she talks about someone, I never give any comment because I want her to know that I don't like it, but she doesn't care and keeps talking and talking. I don't feel comfortable with that. How should I tell her about this.😐

Kabayan :"I think you should tell her that you don't like talking about people behind their backs.😍

Den bagus:"I suggest that can you imagine what your life would be like without your girl friènd: I think you would be all alone because you have no one to talk to. Now think of this, ok?😍
