Not every villager enjoys the natural life.Some of them find that life is quite backward.They want to improve their lives. They move to big cities to start a new life. Of course, some of them successful, but many of them are not. For those who are not successful, living in big city like Jakarta is really terrible. They are jobless and homeless because they do not have skill needed in urban areas. They live in the slums of the city. There are many slum areas and beggars, there are many social problems happened. Many of them commit crimes to survive their life. They were fighting for food and a little money. It is a view of the poor’s life. Pembagian zakat, pembagian daging qurban, pembagian bantuan bencana dan pembagian gratis lainnya……semrawut…….brantakan……berdesak-desakan…..

 Actually no one wants to damage his life and very rare for someone who takes his life for granted. Almost all people struggle for life and welfare, because welfare is a wellbeing or comfort and happiness. Welfare isn’t only     a matter of physical fulfillment, but also psychological welfare. Having a comfortable home- not only a beautiful house. It gives another quality of welfare, that is having a happy family. And this kind of family has bricks, a home is built from love. A home is built from love….actually it isn’t enough. It needs healthy habit because unhealthy  habit lead to MALNUTRITION. For example: a little boy of three years old was crying for a pack of snack when a street vendor passed by a small alley in a dense dwellings in central Jakarta. He was grabbing his mother’s hand begging badly to satisfy his childhood desires. Unwilling to see her beloved little boy crying, the mother just fulfilled his demand. Cheap snacks attempt children like no other food. They look good and taste good, too. A pack of crackers or dry noodle that cost less than one thousand rupiahs, the snack  too often worked well for many parents to calm down their children. No wonder that many parents spend money on this tantalizing food rather than on milk and other such nutritious fare.

The major factor in malnutrition wasn’t only POVERTY, but a lack of public awareness about proper nutrition. In choosing the type of food have two choices: inorganic processed food and organic unprocessed food. A wise decision should include consideration of allegations that processed foods containing chemicals are proven to be toxic. It also states that the vitamin content is greatly reduced in processed foods.

A narrower classification of health food is natural food. This term is used to distinguish between types of the same food, fresh fruit is natural food, but canned fruit with sugars and other addictive is not one. The most precise term of all and the narrowest classification within health food is organic food, used to describe food that has been grown on a particular kind of farm. Fruit and vegetable that are grown in gardens treated only with organic vertilizers are organic food. They are neither sprayed with poisonous insecticides nor refined after harvest. Health food is general term  applied to all kinds of foods. Those are considered more healthful than the types of foods widely sold.

Hal lain yang terdapat di kampung besar adalah nyamuk. Sure they have seen mosquitoes, when they’re sleeping the mosquitoes often annoy them. The mosquitoes buzz around their ears. Actually mosquito is a type of fly. The mosquito has a mouth which is like a needle . It is used for biting human skin they suck the blood through the needle like mouth. This can cause an itchy spot on their skin. When the mosquito carries a disease for example: dengue fever . It is one of the most dangerous disease in the world. It is the endemic in most tropical countries of the South Passific, Asia, The Carribean, The American and Africans. It rapidly spreads in most tropical urban areas of the world, it means people in these areas have high risks of infections of this disease. It is caused by a virus. The virus is transmitted into humans by the bite of infected mosquitoes, usually aedes aegypty. In other words, the disease cannot be spreads directly from person to person.

The disease  is characterized by high fever, severe headache, backache joint and muscle pains. Sometimes many patients get nausea, vomiting and rash on arms, face and legs. There is no specific treatment of the disease. The mosquitoes can spread the disease to the other people since very  cold and dry areas. The female mosquitoes bite people to get blood as nutrition. With this blood, they can produce and lay eggs. Dan tentu saja siapapun yang tidur akan terganggu dengan adanya para nyamuk perempuan tersebut.                                                   Demikian juga Kabayan yang kelelahan setelah membetulkan motor yang sering mogok. Para nyamuk perempuan berdemonstrasi menyuarakan nyanyian nyanyian …….ngeung…..ngeung……ngeung……ngeung…..di dekat telinga kabayan yang ngantuk kelelahan. Kabayan heran tau dari mana para nyamuk perempuan tersebut, bahwa telinga bisa mendengar….dan …. Telinga letaknya dekat muka….kan mereka ngga baca buku……..                         Kabayan nyengir…..ooooo mereka demonstrasi karena ngga dapat jatah…. Kabayan sudah mengoleskan lotion anti nyamuk.                                                                                                                                                                          Kabayan bergumam”muk…..nyamuk……kalau mau gigit ya gigit aja…berisik amat sih… saya ngantuk mau tidur….nyanyi nyanyi terus, mending nyanyianmu enak didengar dan bervariasi, rege, dangdut, jazz, lagu daerah, pop, rock, wah lebih enak lagi lagu keroncong…buat pengantar tidur…….waduh perutku keroncongan belum diisi…..” Nyamuk…kasihani saya dong, saya sudah anemia, jarang makan daging…malah kamu minta darah saya… dasar nyamuk ngga mikir” “ hai para nyamuk baru dengar suaramu saja,kaki dan tangan saya gatal duluan”. Lalu kabayan melanjutkan ngomong sendiri sambil tidur ngantuk: Ah…. Mendingan liburan depan ganti suasana baru…ikut ajakan Den bagus orang solo….wisata ke kotanya.
